Renate.nu is my personal domain, currently hosting my blog and not much more. It was registered in March 2009, but didn’t go live until May 2009.
This blog is mostly just a chronicle of my daily life, but will also hold a few movie reviews, as well as some regular topics, such as Flashback Friday. I’m not a great writer, but I enjoy writing - it’s therapeutic, and also lets me keep my English skills fresh (although I’m afraid my written Norwegian is declining).
The current theme is 100% me, with a little help from my friends:

- Several other blogs that gave me inspiration (I borrow code, and I am not ashamed to admit it)
- The lovely Bre, who is always there to give me feedback
- My husband Tor, who is always there for me to yell at when things go wrong
I would also like to thank my mom, who always told me I could do whatever I wanted. Apparently, this also includes successfully making my own Wordpress theme.
